Every order is a chance at public proof. menyu asks for the review at the right moment, reminds once at most, cools off between requests, and tells you immediately when a customer isn't happy.
After an online or QR table order, the customer gets an email inviting them to rate their experience on your site. Once they've reviewed, they're invited to share it on Google too, where it does its public work. You collect the feedback and the customer relationship; Google gets the stars.
Review requests only work while they're welcome. You control when the first email goes out, when the single reminder follows, and how long a customer is left alone afterwards, however often they order.
A rough order happens to every kitchen. What matters is hearing about it straight away: when internal feedback comes in negative, the owner or admin is notified immediately, while there's still time to call the customer, make it right, and keep a regular.
Every online and QR table order can trigger a review request by email, sent when you choose, automatically.
First request, one reminder, done. No order ever generates a third email.
Set the number of quiet days between requests per customer, so frequent orderers aren't frequent targets.
Award loyalty points for on-site reviews if you choose. Google reviews are invited, never incentivised.
Every rating and comment sits alongside the customer and order that produced it, in your data, like everything else on menyu.
There's more being built here: and . Unredacted at your demo.
A configurable number of hours after the order, by email, with at most one follow-up reminder after a configurable number of days. No order ever triggers more than two requests.
No. Cooling periods mean a customer who was asked recently isn't asked again, however often they order in between.
No, and that's deliberate. Points can be awarded only for reviews left on your own site. Customers are invited to share on Google but never rewarded for it, which keeps your listing the right side of Google's review policies. The Google invitation is also shown to every reviewer regardless of their rating: menyu doesn't gate reviews.
You're notified immediately, with the order and comments attached, so you can put it right while there's still a customer to keep. And because every reviewer is invited to Google regardless of rating, speed genuinely matters.
